2. 費用 Expenses

考察團費用*︰

會員 - 港幣5,500元

非會員 - 港幣6,500元

每人須先繳付按金港幣3,000元。報名一經接納，不得轉讓名額，退出者所繳付之按金一概不退還。

Technical Visit Expenses* :

Member Rate - HK$ 5,500

Non-member Rate - HK$ 6,500

Each participant needs to pay deposit of HK$3,000. Participants who have paid the registration fees will received confirmation before the activity commences. Registration fees received are not refundable, nor are the quotas transferable.

*只有主辦機構、協辦機構、支援機構之會員及第一屆國際管綫管理及安全會議(ICUMAS.2009)之參加者能享有會員價格。Member rate is valid for members from joint organizers, co-organizers, supporting organizations or participants of ICUMAS.2009 only.

3. 報名表格Registration Form

請填妥下列表格並於2010年8月13日前傳真至Hong Kong Institute of Utility Specialists (傳真號碼︰+852 2618 4500)。隨後請將表格連同劃綫支票 (抬頭寫上 “Hong Kong Institute of Utility Specialists” 郵寄到香港新界葵涌健康街2－6號飛亞工業中心9樓909室- 香港管綫専業學會會議秘書處收。

Please make a crossed cheque payable to “Hong Kong Institute of Utility Specialists” and send it to the ICUMAS.2011- Conference Secretariat Office, Room 909, Favor Industrial Centre, 2-6 Kin Hong Street, Kwai Chung, N.T., Hong Kong.
