Mr. Poon is the Manager of United Control Ltd. He has many years of experience in conducting flow survey and familiar with different flowmeters.

Programme highlights

In Hong Kong, many of the underground system are built years ago and approach the end their service life. As time passes, their efficiency and reliability decline due to the numerous defects accumulated. To assess the performance and sustainability of these systems, various close studies have to be carried out. One of these studies is flow survey.

In this seminar, the equipment, application and procedure of conducting a flow survey will be presented.
