- To deliver training program titled, "Conduit Evaluation" to technical field operators, Surveyors, Engineers and Project Managers. - To provide students with Participant’s Manual/Workbook with Workplace Checklists. - To provide students with a competency based learning experience rather than purely lecture based. - To provide flexibility within the training program to allow students time to address issues that are important to them. - To assess students against learning outcomes and competency standards to ensure equity amongst students. - To provide the necessary evaluation data on courseware and expectations. |

Attainment certificate will be awarded for those candidate who pass the examination together with a Report of Assessment. Trainees who receive the attainment cert., are eligible to apply as operative member or manager member of Hong Kong Institute of Utility Specialists (OMHKIUS/MHKIUS). |
