INVITATION TO ATTEND

The 8th World Congress on Engineering Asset Management (WCEAM 2013) will be held in Hong Kong, PR China.

WCEAM (World Congress on Engineering Asset Management) is an initiative of the Cooperative Research Centre for Infrastructure and Engineering Asset Management (CIEAM) based in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia and is the annual meeting of the ISEAM (International Society of Engineering Asset Management) that originated from a biennial series of the ACSIM (Asia-Pacific Conference on Systems Integrity and Maintenance) which ended in 2005.

WCEAM attracts eminent academics, industry practitioners and research scientists from around the world. These researchers and professionals convene to present their cutting-edge work and findings, as well as share project experiences and best practices. The ultimate goal of the Congress is to advance the body of knowledge in Engineering Asset Management (EAM), strengthen the link between industry practitioners, academia and technology providers, promote the development and application of research, and showcase state-of-the-art technologies. This congress expects to attract over 300 diverse attendees from around the world.

Hong Kong is a special administrative region of China. With rapid development and technological breakthroughs in the commercial, industrial and service sectors, Hong Kong has become one of the world's leading financial, industrial and tourist centres. Experience Hong Kong's rich multicultural and Chinese traditions that live harmoniously amidst a modern society.

The congress program consists of invited keynote presentations, oral submitted presentations and poster submitted presentations.  Prospective authors are requested to submit an abstract of their paper; followed by a full paper if the abstract is accepted. The final paper will be peer reviewed by a panel of international experts.
